I got a message claiming that I have a civil suit against me in her office, provided a case number, and said that if I don't respond then she will take action against me with or without my consent. She sounded American, and was very assertive sounding. BUT when you first listen to the message, you can hear a man doing the same thing to another caller.
Called back and they message said it was city services and they were closed for the day.
Just got a second call...it's from an unmarked number but this is the number they tell me to call... they said that Nationwide Legal Services is trying to get a
hold of me.

Unknown caller according to my caller id - said they were James White from Nationwide Legal Services that they have a civil suit and needed to be rerouted to an address and then said to call city services at 855-667-3456 and gave a case # to reference. They called for my Dad which is weird because he has no ties to my phone number. He use to work as a claims adjuster so I thought maybe it was one of his old coworkers that didn't realized he retired, but now - i don't know- sounds kinda scammy.
