This is a very expensive line (for me, to PayPal) which I had to use to ask for a refund for something on my account which I knew nothing about. They EVENTUALLY agreed to credit my PayPal account with the error and subsequently after much cajoling paid into my Band Account. Not a happy bunny !

This is the very expensive number for PayPal. While you are waiting in line for your call to be answered you are heavily charged for their inefficiency. And what irritated me the most was that I was asked various security questions, then when I told the assistant why I was ringing I was transfered to another assistant who asked me almost the same security questions. All this takes time for which the caller is heavily charged. A megacompany like PayPal should be able to afford to give users a free helpline but of course they prefer to profit from your call instead. I will allow you the reader to decide if this is fair!

I too was charged £15.73 for a phone call.
