I have picked up this phone number on the debit order that I did not authorise, that means these people are stealing money from people's bank accounts without their concerns.
I did not buy anything from them but they debit my account using names such as telecomm, royalmark etc.

I also have picked up this phone by debit orgder that i did not authorize ,they deduct money from my account and i dont have any agreement with them,but they are busy deducting my money.Recycling

Who are these people, I'm affected as they deducted my money. Our country has become something. In the banks we are not safe anymore.

unauthorized debit!!! Who do they think they are.
even worse, the reference had my ID number next to it! Why are the banks allowing this?

I am very surprised by this company.I received a debit order authorised by Pntrading using my ID number.how can this company process unauthorised and fraudulent transactions on behalf of companies that steal people's Identities?why do banks allow such especially if they get complains about one and the same company deducting the same amount of money to everyone...something should be done about this

This people are stealing my money. i never authorised this debit order. now the bank wants to charge me to cancel something i never authorised in the first place.

These people stole R95 from my FNB account and they used my ID number as a reference. I'm not sure how they got my details.

there is a debit order with an amount of R99 the name of the company is Wisecover and they are deducting on my account I phoned my bank to trace this company and they gave me this number 012 665 5750 when phoning them they don't pick up the phone.

THEY TRIED TO DEDUCED R299 BUT THE WAS NO MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT. THE FOLLOWING MONTH THE DEDUCTED THE SAME AMOUNT BUT I MANAGE TO GO TO THE BANK AND REVERSE IT. AND WHEN YOU CALL THEM THE IS NO ANSWER OR THE WILL GIVE THE OTHER NUMBER

This companies uses SA Payment exchange as the middle man to deduct money form your bank (NAEDO COLLECTION). The number that the bank gives you is a fax # the correct # is (012)665 5739, do not phone 012 665 5750 no one will pick up. Give SA payment exchange the reference # and they will give you the direct # of the company that is deducting your money. Most of these companies are operating in Durban. Here are some of their names: Pntrading- 087 2333 969, ZyzerInv - 031 828 5351, VAR(value added rewards) - 031 823 3836

Why would the banks allow this? unauthorized debits!!! Even worse, they reference my ID number to it!. I never authorized these debit order.

i am Gatfol of these Debit orders, and why would these people debit my account without my concernt. i have incurred charges as a result. please refund my R99.00. you think people are stupid and would not know the monies that come of their account. just so you know, there is an option that allowes one to get notifications even if its just a one cent coming off their account. so you are dom if you think you will keep on scamming people and win.

please pay my bank charges back!!!

I am also experiencing the same thing. They have been debiting money from my ABSA account and how they were able to do that without y concern I have no clue. Nevertheless, I went to ABSA and they traced the number for me and when I called a consultant said that they made a mistake and that they'll reimburse me of all the money they have taken from my account for the past 5 months. However, until now they haven't and when I call no one picks up. Anyone who has information about how to report this, please share. My contact numbers are 0710686982 and audrey_vanya@hotmail.com.

Yoooo Guys, it is tough. I have been to Standard Bank on so many occasions to reverse these AA Trading fraudulent debit order. I have just picked up a pattern where they use one reference number but increasing/changing one digit at the end. They also debit on different dates of the month, check the below pattern:

R 99, 99 deducted on 25/10/2018 - Ref 0254558181025

Same amount deducted on 26/11/2018 - Ref 0254558181126

Same amount deducted on 27/12/2018 - Ref 0254558181227

So Yes, it is true the number 012 665 5750 is a fax number, not a telephone number. Please be vigilant out there.

My account was debited R135 today for Egoli Rewards - a transaction I did not authorize. I called Standard Bank, who say details relate to assisted funeral arrangements. Can these fraudsters continue conning people with banks doing nothing to protect account holders?
